⚠️ Payment Processing Issue

We are currently experiencing a known issue with our payment vendor. Our team is actively working with them to restore full service.

If you submitted a permit and it remains in Draft status, please email us at HaulingPermits@phila.gov and include a copy of your Kurba receipt. Once you’ve done that, you may resubmit the permit using the Non-Standard (Authorized Use Only) move type.

Please note: If we do not receive an email from you with proof of payment, permits submitted under the Non-Standard move type will be rejected.
