All applications for a street closure permit must be submitted online at least ten (10) business days in advance of the start date. Due to the volume of requests received, the processing time may exceed 10 business days. The Right-of-Way unit will review closure areas requested by the applicant and determine fees based on duration of request and date of approval. A payment invoice will be emailed to the applicant, and methods of payment include check, money order, and E-pay (checks and money orders can be accepted in-person). The permit will be emailed to the applicant once payment is received by the department.
Note: Effective January 1, 2019, there were fee increases for certain types of streets closure permits.
